This stamp set, Lighthearted Leaves, made my heart skip a beat when I saw it in the new catalog. The creative possibilities (ie. how to color the images, how to incorporate the diecut elements, etc) are endless. And while the original intent was to use this stamp set as, well, leaves, I immediately saw a Christmas tree with this little stamp. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them!

The added bonus is that Lighthearted Leaves was designed as an additional stamp set that can be used along with the gorgeous Vintage Leaves & Leaflets Framelits Bundle found on page 88 of our current Annual Catalog.

Check out my tutorial on how to make this Christmas card.

  1. What a wonderful project, Amy! Love that you picked out a Christmas tree from that set. Woo hoo! Great video, too – “It goes on like puffy paint…” 🙂 So glad you were a part of this blog hop. Yippee!

  2. A very pretty card. Thanks for the video, I love your creative thinking with the leaf as a tree and you had me waiting to see what you used for the gold. Great idea!

  3. What a great take on that set. When I first saw it I thought it was the Christmas tree bundle, not the lighthearted leaves. You fooled me. Beautiful Amy.
