Oopsa daisy! This isn’t what I had planned to post today. Scheduling error! If you’re here to see how I made the card using the Iris Technique mentioned in my post yesterday, it’s scheduled for tomorrow. I’ll be participating in the Pals August “Too Cool for School” Blog Hop and had wanted to feature that card in the Hop. I got my days mixed up. So, be sure to come back tomorrow to see that card and a host of other fabulous projects in the Blog Hop!
As I’ve said before, I am a HUGE fan of Stampin’ Up! punches. I love that they’re designed to coordinate with our stamp sets. In general, I also like the ease of punches. They’re small enough to keep at arms length on your table. You simply reach, punch, and you’re done without ever getting up from your seat!
The Petite Petal Punch and Itty Bitty Accent Punch Pack are used here. These are my all-time FAVORITE Stampin’ Up! punches!!!
* They adorn any floral project perfectly,
*They add just the right amount of dimension when you need a pop or “something” to finish off your card,
* These create flowers that stack beautifully together, and
* They’re easy to curl up into a flower shape by using the butt end of your piercing tool and the Piercing Mat.
Cottage Greetings is a new stamp set designed for the Cottage Greetings Card Kit. The two are purchased separately so I purchased the stamp set for the greetings. I adore the cursive font, don’t you? The flowers are stamped with all-time favorite Flower Shop. Adore!
