Alphabet Rotary Stamp with You’re Sublime – – Endless Possibilities!

crabbyHee hee hee hee!!! Isn’t this little crustacean adorable? I think anybody feeling a little crabby would crack a smile with this one. Or perhaps get further annoyed. Either way, I cracked myself up making it.

Have you ever found yourself in a bind because you’ve come up with the perfect saying for a card, but there’s no stamp that says it? Your solution is the  Alphabet Rotary Stamp.

133769GWith up to 13 characters, this nifty tool can create most any sports cheer (Geaux Tigers!, Who Dat?), funny sayings (Holy Moly, Wackadoo, Geeze Louise, Dude!), trending slang (OMG, LMAO,  TMI, LOL), salutations in another language (Gesundheit, Ciao), etc. And in this case, “Why So Crabby?” Ok, ok… so that was 14 characters. Did you catch that? I confess I inked in the question mark with a marker.

Adding “pop” and dimension
You’re Sublime is an adorable stamp set. The crab and toad alone are hysterical. And there’s no better way to add to the hysteria than by adding googly eyes. I adhered these with a dot of Tombow Glue.

I101055FTo accentuate the crab’s shell, I applied Crystal Effects. I love the way he now has a “hard shell” that appears to be popping out of the paper. And the sheen makes him look like he just skittered out of the surf.
