It’s a Wash (Color Wash) with Painted Petals

thankyouHey everyone. Today I wanted to share this beauty with you which was stamped with Stampin’ Up!s Painted Petals stamp set.

A video tutorial will explain the following: I water-colored a quick blue background with our Aqua Painters and Pool Party ink pad. When that was dried, I masked off the area around the blue background and stamped the flowers several times, filling the space. I added an extra “zing” with Iridescent Ice embossing powder. The finishing touch was the blind embossed lines on the base card that I made with our Simply Scored plate.

I think this project is my new favorite. I hope you like it too!
