Spinner card

The Pals Paper Arts Challenge 217 is a square card with circle embellishment in the lower right corner. I instantly thought “Spinner Card.” And what better stamp to do that with than the silly dog chasing its tail in Giggle Greetings? Adding googly eyes makes it all that much more fun, don’t you think?

Giggle Greetings is a stamp set I often suggest to first-time stampers. It’s a set complete with both images and text that can be used as designed – or you can use 217just the image or just the text in your projects. And it’s a fun set to watercolor with our Aqua Painters and stamp pads too!

How to create the banner if you don’t have the Framelit – –
Stamp the text on a small strip of cardstock measuring 3-1/2″ x 5/8″. Make a 1/4″ horizontal snip into the middle of one end. Then cut from each corner to the end of that snip. Repeat on the other side of the banner.

Creating the speckles of ink on the banner – –
With the Pacific Point Stampin’ Ink pad closed, press down on the lid to create a spot of ink on the inside of the lid. Swirl an Aqua Painter in the ink spot to load it with ink. After moving everything else away from your work space, tap the Aqua Painter over the banner to catch spots of ink.

EDIT TO VIDEO: When applying the Stampin’ Dimensionsals on the backside of the Daffodil Delight cardstock, apply two layers (one dimensional on top of the other) to give more room for the pennies to slide.
